The Impact Guild and Board Members of Heartland Cancer Foundation are all volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering for the foundation please Contact Us. We have many opportunities to give back to patients who are dealing with cancer.
The Impact Guild's primary role is to engage the community at large by spreading awareness of HCF's mission. Michelle Bellamy, Impact Guild President

Michelle Bellamy joined the Impact Guild in 2022 and has been an active member ever since. Having her family affected by cancer in multiple ways her passion is to make something positive out of an experience that is negative to so many. She has a strong desire to help others who are fighting cancer and is excited to make the guild a fun experience for all who are involved. Michelle wants volunteering with the guild to be a positive experience with the added benefit of making wonderful new friendships.
Michelle currently serves as the Purchasing Manager at Telesis, Inc., she also is involved with several youth organizations in the Lincoln area. |
Jen Rathman, Impact Guild Advisor

Jennifer Rathman joined the Impact Guild in 2019 and has been an active member ever since. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications to our volunteer committee. Jennifer has a passion for helping nonprofits achieve the best possible outcomes. Her passion is building relationships to help grow the foundation and extend the reach to even more patients in our community.
She currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Cancer Partners of Nebraska and has sat on numerous nonprofit boards and helped chair many events and committees. |
