The Impact Guild and Board Members of Heartland Cancer Foundation are all volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering for the foundation please Contact Us. We have many opportunities to give back to patients who are dealing with cancer.
The Impact Guild's primary role is to engage the community at large by spreading awareness of HCF's mission. Jen Rathman, Impact Guild President

Jennifer Rathman joined the Impact Guild in 2019 and has been an engaged and dedicated member ever since. She brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications to the volunteer committee, along with a deep passion for helping nonprofits achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes. Jennifer is especially driven by building strong relationships that support the growth of the foundation and expand its reach to serve more patients throughout the community.
She currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Director at Cancer Partners of Nebraska. In addition, Jennifer has served on numerous nonprofit boards and has helped chair a variety of events and committees, lending her expertise, leadership, and commitment to mission-driven organizations. |
Michelle Bellamy, Impact Guild Advisor

Michelle Bellamy joined the Impact Guild in 2022 and has been an active member ever since. Having her family affected by cancer in multiple ways her passion is to make something positive out of an experience that is negative to so many. She has a strong desire to help others who are fighting cancer and is excited to make the guild a fun experience for all who are involved. Michelle wants volunteering with the guild to be a positive experience with the added benefit of making wonderful new friendships.
Michelle currently serves as the Purchasing Manager at Telesis, Inc., she also is involved with several youth organizations in the Lincoln area. |
